IMPORTANT
Please note that this policy only applies to our Online Store (Merch) and not our oysters.
POSTAGE & HANDLING FEES
We are proud to ship our quality merchandise Australia wide and internationally.
We use Australia Post, allowing you to track your order from placement to delivery.
- Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $150.
- $10.00 flat rate for all smaller orders, and $20.00 flat rate for bulkier items e.g. jackets.
- International rates subject to weight, and calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please allow 3-5 business days for all Australian orders, and 5-7 days for international orders. Western Australia and rural areas may take slightly longer.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise an exchange or return.
All products must be returned unused, in the original packaging and with all instruction manuals included. The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer (we recommend including tracking).
Postage of an exchanged item will incur a $10.00 shipping fee.
Please note: Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.
